Agnes Rae Cook

Agnes Rae Cook, 94, died at her home in Arlington, Texas, on December 25, 2017. Predeceased by her husband John in 2012, she is survived by her children John P Cook, Winchester, Virginia, Lori A Cook, Tampa, Florida, and Patricia H Cook, Arlington, Texas, grandchildren Catherine (Cook) Davis, Dexter, Iowa, Christopher Cook, Winchester, Virginia, and great-granddaughter Sophie Davis, Dexter, Iowa. Born in Niagara Falls, New York, on June 8, 1923, she moved with her family to Florida in 1958, where she lived in both Lauderhill and Tampa, before moving to Texas in 2015. Agnes worked as a retail bookkeeper for many years before retiring; in her retirement she was an active volunteer in her community. She also enjoyed gardening and bird watching.
