Funeral services for Andrew Gibbs, 76, 0f Cleburne, will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 18, 2004 at Crosier-Pearson-Mayfield Funeral Home Chapel, of Cleburne, with Rev. Mark Ely officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM, Friday, at Crosier-Pearson-Mayfield. Andrew Gibbs, a retired insurance salesman, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2004, in a local hospital. He was born August 19, 1928, in Red River County, Texas, son of Ellie W. (Williams) and John William Gibbs. He was a member of North Cleburne Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Valinda G. Winnet, in 1975. He is survived by one son, Gary Andrew Gibbs and wife, Renee, of Georgetown; daughter, Deborah J. Bailey and husband Dale, of Cleburne; sisters, Mamie Kennedy, of Bogota, Texas and Nita Beck, of Temple, Texas; grandchildren, Jo Ella McMullen, Andrea Barriere, Gary Gibbs Jr., Emilia Gibbs, Benjamin Gibbs, Jason Bailey, Jeffery Bailey, Kimberly Bailey and six great-grandchildren.
