BURLESON — Avery Laverne Pennington, 93, passed away Monday, July 16, 2012. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday in Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: 11 a.m. Friday in Memorial Park of Ada, Okla. Visitation: 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Avery was born in Ada, Okla., on Feb. 27, 1919. Survivors: Daughter, Fleeta and husband, Bill Killian; grandchildren, Kevin and Gary Killian; brother, Coleman Pennington; and great-grandchildren, Zane, Courtney and Rachelle.
