FORT WORTH — Benjamin Gordon Paulowsky, faithful servant of the Lord Jesus, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, departed this life at his home Monday, Aug. 18, 2008, surrounded by his loving family.        Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday at South Park Baptist Church. Interment: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home in Burleson.        Gordon was born June 20, 1936, in Fort Worth. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War as a carrier electrician radio equipment repairman instructor. Gordon worked for the Fort Worth Police Department for over 40 years, retiring in 2000 as a lieutenant and then continued another seven years part time. Gordon was a distinguished member of the Southside Masonic Lodge, and was a very active member of his church. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.        Survivors; Wife, Carole; children, Kathy and husband, David, Jeri and husband, David, and Lisa; grandchildren, Veronica Ann Simmons, James Daniel Pack, Anthony Paul Richardson, Robert Benjamin Carman, Jeremy Wayne Nicklen and Jordan Taylor Brink; great-grandchildren, Anthony Paul Richardson Jr. and Angelica Aiyana Richardson; brother, Graden Harger and wife, Joyce; and numerous extended family and loving friends.
