Billie Frank Hoy

Billie Frank Hoy 73 passed away surrounded by his loved ones Sunday February 12, 2023 in Dallas Texas. Billie was born February 25, 1949 in Edmonton, Kentucky to Bessie Jewel Bryant Hoy and Frank Nevoy Hoy. He loved Trucking, fishing and family. He also was a loving ,understanding man. We will miss the “two wrongs don’t make a right speech”, the “Is this gonna be a long story” and the infamous “what would you have been doing if I wouldn’t have called you over here”. Billie is preceded in death by parent, Bessie and Frank Hoy, three brothers; Raymond, Walter and James, one sister Debra. Survived by wife, Debora Stone-Hoy, sister, Teresa Hoy , five children; Deanna Hoy-Young of Independence Mo, Michael Hoy of Edmonton Ky, Shelly Hoy-Hadden of Paxton Illinois, Patrinia Hoy Of Dallas Texas, Latisha Hoy Of Arlington Texas, grandfather to 17 and great grandfather to 26. Private services will be held by the family at a later time.
