Brenda Sue Johnson

ALVARADO — Brenda Sue Johnson, 54, passed away Friday, April 8, 2011. Memorial service: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at Burleson Seventh-day Adventist Church. Memorials: In lieu of floral tributes and cards, the family requests donations in Brenda’s memory be made to Mission Hospice in Cleburne or a breast cancer charity of choice. Special thanks go out to all those who took care of Brenda during her illness, especially the director and staff at the Texas Masonic Retirement Center in Arlington, where she worked for many years. The family also thanks Janet Swearingen, a true angel on earth, and Mission Hospice for making her as comfortable as possible in her last days. Survivors: Sons, Jeremiah Johnson and wife, Samantha, of Fort Worth and Caleb Johnson, a student at Texas A&M; brother, James Boje of Haughton, La.; many extended family and friends.
