Carolyn Ann Smith

Carolyn Ann Smith, 67, a loving mother and grandmother passed away Monday, November 26, 2012 in North Richland Hills, TX after a long battle with COPD.  Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Avenue L Baptist Church in Ft. Worth, TX, 3500 Avenue L, at 4:00 p.m.  Carolyn was born in Ft. Worth, TX July 20, 1945 to Barney and Clara Smith.  She graduated from Castleberry High School in 1963.  She worked as a LVN for many years prior to retirement, as well as a member of Avenue L Baptist Church ladies group.  Preceded in death by her parents:  Barney and Clara Smith, and brothers:  Paul, Buddy, and Ronnie Smith.  Survived by; companion Harvey McCreary and children; Son Michael Price, Sr. and wife Wendy; Son Timothy Price and wife Jana; Daughter Alissa Golden and husband Charles.  Grandchildren;  Michael Price, Jr., Mathew Price and wife Amanda, Levi Tolliver, Sarah Price, Clara Price, Gracie Golden, and David Golden.
