JOSHUA — Carolyn Sue Johnson Hart Tally passed away Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Thursday in Godley Cemetery. Visitation: 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home. Carolyn worked for the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department and Alvarado Police Department for over 20 years as a 911 dispatcher. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who was devoted to the Lord. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny E. Johnson and A.A. “Bud” Hughes and mother, Lucille Gent Hughes; husband of 46 years, Bobby Joe Hart; son, Rickey Dale Hart; grandson, Brandon Hart; and great-grandson, Cole Nicholson. Survivors: Husband, Donald Tally; sister, Brenda Russell; sons, Robert Hart and wife, Stacy, David Hart and wife, Traci, Rickey Dale Hart II and Robert Lee Tally; daughter, Patricia Scott and husband, Rickey Joe Scott; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
