Catherine "Cathy" Lorraine Mash, beloved sister, mother, and grandmother passed to her heavenly home after a short illness. Cathy was born in Oregon City, Oregon to Mary Ann (Conboy) Marsh and Leo Warren Marsh who preceded her. She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Marie Kratzer (Dean), 3 Grandchildren, Russell Jones, Kris Jones and Kaylee Kratzer (Damien), and 2 Great-grandchildren. Cathy is also survived by 5 siblings, Conny Olson (Bruce), Joe Marsh (Gale), Linda Lee (Sammy), Sharon Reich (William) and Barbara Hickman (Jack), and many nieces and nephews.

Places Cathy lived included Oregon City and West Lynn, in Oregon, Ashdown and Ogden in Arkansas, and Garland, Texas were she completed high School at Garland High School. She attended East Texas State University in Commerce, Texas. Catherine had a long career in Daycare Management in the Garland area. Her hobbies included painting, which she taught to others, including a few residents at her most recent home, Winters Park Nursing and Rehab in Garland. Cathy love giving gifts, often made by her, including many quilts she knitted and crocheted. A real passion of hers was genealogy, and she loved sharing the stories she collected. She enjoyed laughter , was mischievous and never took herself too seriously.

Cathy especially love family and friends, including aunts, uncles and cousins in Oregon and relative in Montana. Cathy will be greatly missed by all. Arrangements for a Catholic memorial service will be announced at a later date.
