Charles Randall Lowe, born June 1st 1961, passed away on September 8th 2024 after a sudden illness. Randy was born in Pasadena,Texas to parents Gordon and Jan Lowe. Randy lived in many places between Texas and Oklahoma during his youth. He graduated from Deer Park High School in 1979. He then joined the U S Navy, where he served as a Corpsman, stationed at Oak Knoll Naval Hospital. In 1983 he met his future wife, Shannon. They married in 1986 in Newark, Ca. In 2020, granddaughter Rory was born, promoting Randy to ‘ Grandy ‘, a role that he was made for. He loved her endlessly. Randy had a love for the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially when hanging out with his kids. Jeeping was a way of life when the kids were little, only to have it come full circle as they became adults, getting to spend time rock crawling. His smile would light the room, and his laugh was contagious. Randy was a very loyal person, always going out of his way to lend a hand. Know that if you were his friend, he would be there for you. Randy is preceded in death by his mother, Jan Nelson, father, Gordon Lowe, grandparents, John T. and Susie Lowe, grandparents Lloyd and Fairy Pribble, and brothers Glenn Lowe and Gregg Lowe. He is survived by his wife Shannon, daughter Robyn, son John and daughter in law Ashley, along with granddaughter Rory, sister Christy Henley and brother in law David, Uncle Glenn & Aunt Henrietta Lowe, Aunt Glenda and husband Jim, Father in law Jim Nelson, along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
