Roanoke – “Charlie” Charles Walter Wilshire born June 16, 1971 peacefully passed from this life to the next early morning Thursday Oct 20, 2016. His family believes Charlie is in eternal peace with The Lord and prays some of that peace falls on anyone impacted by his departure from this life.
