Charles Wesley Rackley

Charles (Charlie) Wesley Rackley, 53 died September 18, 2023. Charlie was born March 21, 1970 in Irving, TX. He was predeceased by his father, Wesley A. Rackley. Charlie and is survived by his two children, Tristen age 13 and Lindsay age 12, his mother, Sandra Goodwin, step-father, Phil Goodwin and brother, Robert Rackley and uncle Steve Recer and many nieces, nephews and cousins.. Charlie grew up in Dallas and Midlothian, went to Midlothian High School. He worked in Fort Worth for many years before moving to Houston. Charlie was self employed in construction and remodeling and restoration. He loved the Dallas Cowboys and Harley Davidson Motorcycles and enjoyed camping, spelunking and rock climbing.
