Christine Boothe

January 6, 1972 — August 13, 2025

Corinth, Texas

Christine Boothe, born January 6, 1972, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep at the age of 53 in Corinth, Texas, August 13, 2025.

Christine is survived by her daughters, Ariel, Elise, and Sailor Engebretsen; her grandson, Lucian Robles Engebretsen; her parents, Linda and Ed Boothe; and her sister, Jenny Boothe. Christine is predeceased by her sister, Debbie Boothe, and her grandparents.

Born in Montvale, Virginia, Chris moved to Texas in 1986. She attended college at Navarro and UT Arlington, graduating with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts. During college, she met Tim (Ex-husband), and they had three girls together. She often said her daughters were the best thing that happened to her, and she spent the rest of her life devoting love and time to them. Along with her love of motherhood, Chris pursued her passion for art, creating a multitude of unique pieces, some of which hung in galleries and the homes of loved ones. Chris enjoyed a healthy lifestyle, sharing this in the form of fitness classes and yoga. She went through rigorous yoga training to eventually found her own studio, helping many along the way. Once she became a grandmother, she spent her time spoiling Lucian and showing him off to anyone she could.

Christine was creative, passionate, loving, eclectic, caring, and so much more. She created a lasting impact on everyone she met, and losing her has been devastating to those who love her.

Her family will be having a private memorial at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to a women's shelter or art charity in Christine's name to remember her legacy of giving and helping others.
