Cindy Jane Wright passed away Friday, October 7th in Irving at the age of 76 after a long illness. Cindy was born in Amarillo, TX in 1946, but was a resident of Irving for the last 25 years. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Margaret Abigail and William Milton Harper as well as sons, Ronald Brett Boxell and Jeffrey McDowell Wright and brothers, John David “Bud” Harper and William Allen “Billy” Harper. Cindy leaves behind her son, Robert Scott Boxell of Irving, her sister Judith Ann “Juggies” Harper of Alice, Granddaughters Allison and Emmarie Harper of Elgin, SC. as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who she loved dearly. Cindy had a love for life. She loved her kitties, Alex, Teddy, Symon and Cassie, collecting German nutcrackers, rooting for the Texas Rangers, Michigan Wolverines and Dallas Cowboys as well as playing Candy Crush and scratching off her lottery tickets. She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved her and she was the best Mom a son could ask for. A Celebration of Cindy’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 22nd from 1-4 p.m. at her niece, Peri Duncan’s house, located at 7906 Ruskin Cir., Frisco, TX 75034
