Clifford Edward Nichols

Clifford Edward Nichols, 81, of Crowley, passed from his earthly home on May 11, 2015. Service: Family visitation will be Thursday, May 14 at 11:30 am with funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm at Mayfield Kiser funeral home located at 12301 South Freeway, Fort Worth. Interment will be at Laurel Land Cemetary located on Crowley Road. Clifford was born to the late Robert Edward and Sally Maud Nichols of New Salem, Texas on April 21, 1934. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Lois Nichols. Clifford retired from Lennox Industries where he worked as a brazier and in quality control. Before that he worked for Tastees Bread for approxitalely 20 years. He also spent much of his spare time fishing in many of the Texas lakes and belonged to the Cleburne Bass Club. The last few years he loved living at Saint Francis Village in Crowley, Texas. He is also preceded in death by his parents and brothers Howard Nichols and Willie Nichols and sister Carol Beggs. He is survived by brothers Boyd Nichols, Jimmy Nichols and sister Ann Holt all of Texas. Survivors: He is survived by his children Steve Nichols and wife Darlene, Craig Nichols and significant other Bobbi Storm, Sharon West and husband Jack, and Marie Lawson and husband Butch. He has 6 grandchildren, Brandy and Clinton of Oklahoma, Angela and Allison of Kansas, Nick and Kelli of Texas. Great Grandchildren include: Justin, Travis, Kaitlyn, Taybor, Maile and Logan. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
