Cody Ray Johnson

Cody Ray Johnson of Runaway Bay Texas, 32, passed away unexpectedly Sunday September 11, 2022 in Fort Worth. Cody was born on September  27, 1989 in Springfield, MO to Mother Jennifer (Decker) Campbell and Father Joe Johnson. When he wasn’t working, Cody enjoyed playing baseball and riding his motorcycle. More than anything Cody would spend as much time as he could with his daughter Lexi. Cody was the person everyone always gravitated toward. Never in his life did he meet a stranger. Cody was an amazing father, son, brother, and friend. He will be missed by all that knew him. Cody was preceded in death by grandparents Jimmy Johnson, Shirley Johnson, and Nancy Decker. He was survived by adored Daughter Alexis (Lexi) Johnson; Grandparents Billy and Annette Decker; Father Joe Johnson and Wife Daynica; Mother Jennifer Campbell and Husband Daniel; Brother James Johnson and Wife Kendra; Sister Hanah Gurnee and Husband Rex; Brother Chase O’Heren and Wife Cara; Sister Makenzie Campbell; Brother Levi Johnson; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. A private celebration of life for the family will be held at a later date.
