Jaunice Brantley went to be with the Lord on July 10, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was born on June 24, 1934, in Beech Bluff, Tennessee, to the late Cloys and Erma Blankenship. Jaunice graduated from Beech Bluff High School in 1955 and later from Jackson Business School. In 1960, she moved to Fort Worth, Texas where she worked in the banking industry for several years while raising a family. After spending several years in Fort Worth, she and her family relocated to Florida, where they lived for 30 years. During that time, she worked as a realtor and enjoyed the sunshine, fishing, the beach, and the companionship of her beloved dogs.
After retiring, Jaunice moved back to Fort Worth, where she spent the last 25 years of her life, raising one of her grandsons and being surrounded by family and friends. She was a woman of strength, faith, and warmth, and she stood by her family and friends no matter what.
Jaunice is survived by her sons, Joe Brantley and Robert Brantley Jr.; daughter, Pamela Brantley; and grandsons, Tyler Brantley and Robbie Brantley. She also leaves behind her sisters, Judy McNatt and Peggy Zelman; her brother, Danny Blankenship; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
