Cynthia Kay Mcneal Ketcham

Rio Vista – Cynthia Kay McNeal Ketcham, 46, born on March 10, 1968, passed this life to be with her Heavenly Father on December 4, 2014. Cynthia was a special woman who shared her vibrant love with many, and left an everlasting impression on the many hearts she touched. Although her time was short, her memory will live on through the generations of her family. She survived by her beloved daughter Starlene McNeal, grandkids Travis Theron, Serinity Ann Marie, Christopher Paul,  her mother Frances, sisters Doris, Pam,and Paula. Brothers Jack,Keith,and Scott, Cynthia was preceded in death by father Jack McNeal, and her grandparents Alvin and Dovie McNeal.
