Daniel Jon Getz

Daniel Jon Getz, 58, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on Oct 8th, 2025. Born in Downers Grove, Illinois, Daniel was the beloved son of Wallace and the late Jana (Reddick) Getz.

Dan was a devoted father to his three children, Zackary, Hannah, and Noah, who were the great joys of his life. He is survived by his father Wallace and stepmother, Judith Getz and siblings Autumn, Wes, Layne and Melanie, who will remember his warmth, humor, and deep love for family.

Dan had a passion for dancing and an unwavering love for the Lord, which shone through in the way he lived his life and treated those around him. His energy, kindness, and faith left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Dan will be cremated, and no formal service will be held. His family takes comfort in knowing he is at peace and rejoicing in the presence of the Lord he cherished.
