Darren Robinson

Darren Robinson, age 58, passed away peacefully during the early morning hours of Tuesday, December 23, 2025 after a long and bravely fought battle against cancer. He spent his final days surrounded by his most cherished loved ones. Darren was born to Rosella and Arthur Robinson in Mooresville, IN and spent most his childhood in nature; his favorite childhood activity was fishing. Darren spent 30+ years in the elevations and iron working sector of the construction industry and was a foreman for the company he worked for. He brought a unique level of professionalism and attention to detail that allowed him to excel at his craft; but more-so than that, he touched many of his co-worker’s lives in a profound way - teaching them how to be successful from the ground up; some of which that went on to own their own businesses - a feat that he was very proud of. Most importantly, Darren was a devoted and loving family man; often citing his family as the primary driving force that gave his life meaning. He spent his life working incredibly hard to ensure his wife, children and grandchildren always had everything they wanted and needed. He was always present and eager to share his wisdom and was a cherished son, father, husband and brother. His example of love and companionship won’t be forgotten. He leaves behind his wife, Vivian; four children; John, Niki, Chelsey and Stormie as well as eight grandchildren; Raven, Luci, Piper Robert, Abby, Luke, Jackson and Haven. To say that Darren’s passing leaves a hole in the lives of those that knew him best is a grievous understatement. He will be incredibly missed and his memory will be treasured for generations to come.
