Dolly Dreasky

d. January 24, 2022

Celebrating the life of Dolly Dreasky, April 24,1959-January 24, 2022. Dolly Paulette Dreasky, age 62, of Keller, Texas, went to be with the Lord on January 24, 2022, with her family by her side. She was born April 24, 1959, and raised on a farm in Flushing, Michigan. As a child, she was surrounded by horses and animals and loved the outdoors from that time on. She was the daughter of Jim and Greta Thompson. She was the youngest of three children. She was preceded in death by her oldest brother Nick Thompson. Dolly is survived by her husband of forty-three years, Mick Dreasky, daughters, Magan and Mandy, Dreasky, her brother, Tim Thompson, and three grandchildren, Mya, McKenzie, and Tanner Dreasky. Dolly married right out of high school to her Prince Charming, who was the love of her life until the very end. She worked in Keller, Texas, and everyone loved her. She was passionate about her family and living life to the fullest! She had a presence that welcomed anyone she came in contact with. She was creative, loved wood carving, and could make something out of nothing. She could take a leaf from a small plant and turn it into a full-grown tree or whip up a special meal that always hit the spot. She helped coach softball alongside her husband and was a “mom” to anyone in need. She had a way to nurture a soul at the exact time they needed it most! She was compassionate and had an open-door policy for those who needed a place to stay. She was upbeat and had a way of making things not only fun but better. She had a designated skip school day to go shopping for no other reason than to make a special memory. Her legacy will be passed on with her words of wisdom. The key to feeling better is to “Get Up, Get Pretty, and Get Out.” Dolly did get up; she is in her most beautiful state and is currently with the Lord. She will be missed by all, but the imprint on the hearts she left will be remembered forever. In Memory Of Dolly💜 Right now, I’m in a different place, and though we seem apart, I’m closer than I ever was; I’m there inside your heart. I’m with you when you greet each day and while the sun shines bright. I’m there to share the sunsets too, I’m with you every night. I’m with you when the times are good, to share a laugh or two,
and if a tear should start to fall I’ll still be there for you. And when that day arrives
that we no longer are apart, I’ll smile and hold you close to me,
Forever in my heart.
