Doris Jean Minor

Doris Jean Minor, 89, passed away Tuesday November 14,2023 in Alvarado. Funeral: Private services will be held at a later date. Doris was born to Rube and Bell Price on March 17, 1934. She was the fifth child out of eight children. She married Archie Minor on August 16, 1952. She was preceded in death by her husband Archie and daughter Shirley Rich. Son-in-laws Gary Rich, Buddy Kirkpatrick, and Bill Hobaugh. Granddaughter Sabrina Beadle and Grandson- in-law Randy Taylor. She is survived by daughters Carol Kirkpatrick, Nancy Hobaugh, Barbara Tanner, and Sue Bryan (Robert). Grandchildren Lesa Bassham, Cathy Young (Steve), Jamie Taylor, Jeanie Castillo (Randy), Leigh Ann Brimingham ( Jeremy), Danny Rich, Leslie Butler (Chris), Renee Barney (Truman), Brian Beadle and Jarid Tanner. Great Grandchildren John Hall, Jessica Cummings (Duy), Jerremy Hall, Jordyn Collins (Carl), Paige Ward (Anthony), Alex Logan(Cody), Heather Huggins (Marcus), Justin Castillo(Heather), Brandon Castillo(Natalee), Haleigh Castillo( Colby), Zackery Brimingham (Jordan), Allisyn Brimingham, Kealei Beadle(Aiden), Brinlei Beadle. 21 Great Great Grandchildren! She spent the last few years enjoying watching all of her family as she slowly slipped away. Cremation arrangements by Lone Star Cremation.
