Elizabeth Louisa Olde “Beth”

Elizabeth Louisa Olde “Beth”, 40yr. old, passed away peaceful in the early morning hours of Sunday,  August 22, 2021, at Methodist Medical Center Mansfield, TX. She is survived by her long time friend and partner of more than five years,  Tracy King. Beth was born in Houston, TX the daughter of Catherine Moulton Olde (Houston, TX) and Christopher John Olde (Midlothian, TX). She attended South Grand Prairie High School and was a member of Inglewood UMC. Beth lived a full life, never choosing the easy path but instead sought to create new ones. She will be missed by her friends and family. Beth is survived by her three daughters, Catherine Elizabeth Olde “Katie”, 18, of Midlothian,TX Clara Rose Parsons, 16, of Blythe, Georgia Lydia Sue Hightower, 11, of Kennedale, TX She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, John and Keri Olde, and her sister and brother-in-law, Alyson and Jake Triplett. A memorial service will take place on September 18, 2021 at 11am at The Woods UMC, 1350 Bardin Rd, Grand Prairie,TX  75052 An interment of ashes service will be held in Houston, TX at a time to be announced later. Beth will be laid to rest at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Frwy. Houston, TX 77079. The family is requesting that,  in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the National Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation at www.crohnsandcolitisfoundation.org
