Glenda Sue Ware

Glenda Sue Ware (Amerson), 81, of Arlington, Texas, passed away on July 19, 2026.

Glenda was born on February 12, 1945 to George and Eva Amerson in Petersburg, Texas. She was the youngest of her five siblings, John Ray Amerson, George Amerson, Eva Lou Brula, Roy (Dwight) Amerson, and Ruby Embry.

In 1971, Glenda married William Ware and went on to have 2 children, Tawnya Smith (Ware) and William (Keith) Ware.

Glenda was the definition of someone who loved life. She found joy wherever she looked, never knew a stranger, and always thanked God for everything. Her life revolved around her family and she was the happiest when they were all together.

Her favorite things to do were garden, go fishing, enjoy nature, and spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was steadfast in her faith and through it all gave glory to God.

Everyone who knew Glenda knew and felt her love. There are an unlimited amount of stories her family, friends, and loved ones could share about the joy she brought into their lives.

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Eva Amerson, siblings, John Ray Amerson, George Amerson, Eva Lou Brula, Roy (Dwight) Amerson, and Ruby Embry.

She is survived by her beloved husband, William Ware, children, Tawnya Smith (Ware), William (Keith) Ware and wife Lori Ware, grandchildren, Audrey Lowe and husband Tember Lowe, Ashley Smith and husband Jacob Smith, Dawna Ware, Dawn Ware, Emma Ware, and great grandchildren, Amilia Lowe, Grayson Turner, and Cooper Smith.

Services will be held at Cahill Methodist Church on August 5th, 2026 at 10am.
