Harold Albert Kretlow, Jr.

Harold Albert Kretlow, Jr, a longtime resident of Cedar Hill, TX died February 8, 2026. He was born December 15, 1947 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Harold Albert Kretlow, Sr and Bernice Wolfe Kretlow (Orr). He was preceded in death by his parents and his step-father Richard (Dick) Orr. Harry served in the United Stated Army (6 years) during the Vietnam era and was awarded a Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and Silver Star for his service and sacrifice. He is survived by his son, Richard Scott Kretlow of Waxahachie, TX, Stephanie Grote (fiancée of Richard) three grandchildren, Logan, Kendal, and Ryder Kretlow and two great grandchildren, Chloee and Levi Smith. He is also survived by his sister, Pamela Kretlow Lane and his brother-in-law, Ronald Lane of Grapevine. Harry was an avid fisherman, golfer, and hunter. He spent many hours engaged in these activities doing what he enjoyed most. Private family service will be held at a later date.
