Hilda M. Perrotta

Burleson–Hilda M. Perrotta, 83, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in Fort Worth. Hilda was the youngest of 8 children. Only 2 pounds at birth, she was not expected to live. As a teenager she contracted polio and was told she would never walk again and was treated in an iron lung. Much to the doctors surprise she did, and went on to live a long and fulll life. She defied the odds from her first breath to her last. She was preceded in death by her parents, all of her brothers and sisters as well as her husband John C Perrotta. She has waited 33 years to join her husband for all eternity in Heaven. Hilda is survived by her daughter, Jane Morse and her husband George, grandson John Morse, granddaughter Amy Lovelace and her husband Michael, great grandsons Tyler Morse, Jeremiah Lovelace and Colby Lovelace as well as several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life was held to honor Hilda at the family home in Burleson.
