Judy Lynn Frank Blue, born on July 19, 1947, in Natchitoches, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on March 17, at the age of 77. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love touched the lives of all who knew her. Judy was the daughter of Robert Louis Frank and Wilma Hooper Frank, who instilled in her the values of kindness, resilience, and the importance of family. She carried these values throughout her life, cherishing time spent with loved ones and creating lasting memories filled with laughter and joy. Judy’s compassion and wisdom made her a pillar of strength and comfort to those around her. Whether offering heartfelt advice, sharing a story that brought a smile, or simply being present for those in need, she had a way of making everyone feel seen and loved. Her legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind. She was preceded in death by her parents & brother Brian. She is survived by her wife of 43 years, Terri Stevenson; her loving daughter, Jodi Blue Brown (Johnnie) of Corsicana, Texas; her siblings, Bobby Frank (Manuel) of Dallas, Tx and Cindy Rowell (John) Shreveport, La; her grandchildren, Chase, Aimee, and Erik; and her three great-grandchildren. Lifelong friends Janet Prissy Gregory & Marti Murphy. Judy’s love extended far beyond her immediate family, reaching friends and extended relatives who will forever hold her memory close. Her presence brought light into every room, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her. A celebration of Judy’s life will be held at a future date. Though she is no longer with us in body, Judy’s love, laughter, and legacy will continue to shine in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
