Ima Jean Rasco

Ima Jean Rasco passed away on Friday July 10, 2015 at the age of 66 in her home surrounded by her loved ones. Ima was born in Oklahoma City on October 23, 1948 to Ethel and Ira Marxman. Ima is preceded in death by her husband Harley Rasco; parents, and two sisters, Mable Laverne Gouger, and Ruth Marlin. Family and God meant more to Ima than anything in the world. Ima was so dedicated to the Lord that she recieved a certificate for reading the Bible from beginning to end. This is something that Ima was very proud of. Ima loved to sit out on her porch and enjoy time with all of her babies (human and animal). Ima was a very lively woman all the way to the end. Ima loved to make everyone around her as happy as possible. Ima’s spirited nature touched all that came into her life. Ima Jean was very passionate about animals, and providing homes to strays. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local animal shelter. Survivors: Ima is survived by her brother, James Marxman, daughter, Wanda Cady; son George Hill; 3 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and her 3 fur babies.
