Jeanelle Sierra Owings

Jeanelle Sierra Owings 42, Died on September 29 2024 in El Paso, TX. (current resident of Juarez, Mexico.) Prior to moving to Mexico, she was a long time resident of Portland Oregon, Jeanelle  grew up in the town of Greenville, Plumas county, California..She loved the mountains, hiking, camping, was a prolific writer, and had a heart for helping others. Her interests ranged from music, fashion, dancing, baseball, road trips, care bears, snowboarding, driving, crafting, to gardening, cooking and hanging out with friends. She loved laughing, flowers, looking for heart shaped rocks and finding treasures to decorate with. She was motivated, resourceful and determined, a hard worker and good friend.
She is survived by her sister Autumn Holm, Brother Alan, Uncle Denny  & aunt CindyTaylor, &  Aunt Madeline Hoke, Cousins Madeleine and Kerissa,  nieces Haley Holm & Aspen Burfeind,
