Jeannie M. Stanislawski

Jeannie Stanislawski, 76, departed this world on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Jeannie was born in Winona, MN to Don & Grace Hittner. She was the 3rd child of 5 (Leslie, David, Jeannie, Joy, & Keith). She loved sports, especially softball & tennis. Jeannie was very artistic and spent much of her young adult life painting and doing set design for theater. She was strong in her faith and was known by many through her work at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She was involved in the button and ribbon industry for over 30 years, and a founder of Rivertown Button & Ribbon (Houston, MN), and Front-Line Manufacturing (Mansfield, TX). She was instrumental in the startup of countless other businesses in the lives of her children throughout her life. After her retirement in 2021, Jeannie spent her days volunteering at Alvarado Helping Hands for Jesus, and Harvest House in Burleson,TX & assisting in any way she could with the businesses of her children. Jeannie was an athlete, an artist, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, and a grandmother, but above all else, she was/is a child of God. Jeannie was preceded in death by her daughter, Brandy, her parents, Don and Grace, her grandson, Ryan, and her late husband, Robert. She is survived by her 3 children: Craig Stanislawski (and Liz) of Yucatan, MN, Judd Stanislawski (and Lori) of Winona, MN, and Summer Turner (and Brad) of Alvarado, TX, and her seven grandchildren: Paige, Taylor, Drew, Dylan, Nathan, Braeden, and Caleb. Jeannie will be dearly missed by so many, but her life and legacy will carry forward through the lives of those she touched! A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023 @ 2p.m. at New Beginning Cowboy Fellowship (4412 FM 2280 Cleburne, TX 76031). A funeral service will also be held in Winona, MN this spring, where she will be laid to rest. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Alvarado Helping Hands for Jesus.
