FORT WORTH — Jerry Ray White, 57, passed away Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home in Burleson. Jerry was employed by Bell Helicopter. He loved to play golf and watch the Dallas Cowboys. Jerry was a devoted husband and enjoyed life to the fullest. Survivors: Wife of 16 years, Carol “Susie”; mother, Sarah Mayfield; siblings, Dana, Dale, Gayle, Cheryl and David.
