CLEBURNE – Jesse Earl Jones, 80, a retired jailor for Tarrant County, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2003 at a Cleburne care center. A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Jesse Earl Jones was born in Rogers, Texas on April 15, 1923. He was survived by his son Richard Whatley and numerous nieces and nephews.
