Ft. Worth -JoAnn Waldrep (Nicholson) 68, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 1, 2023 in Fort Worth Texas. Joann grew up in Watauga, Texas and spent her last years residing with her daughter, Melissa in Fort Worth. Joann is survived by her older brother Butch Waldrep, predeceased by her daughter Crystal Fay Nicholson, and is survived by her two sons Johnny and Clint and her four daughters, Jamie, Melissa, Sissy, Breanna, as well as 12 grandkids and two great -grandkids, with one great grandkid on the way. Joann will be remembered most notably for her love for her family and a proud, doting grandmother. Joann also enjoyed time with her dogs, gardening, and curling up to a good book. Joann will be dearly missed by her family and remembered for her remarkable strength, stellar work ethic, depth of character and unwavering devotion to her kids and grandkids. JoAnn was a devout Christian, a dedicated republican, a noble Texan, and a loving mother, grandmother and friend.
