Cedar Hill — Joel Claude Groff, 71, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019 in Dallas, TX. He was born on July 12,1947 in Lancaster, PA. Predeceased by his brother, Jeffrey; survived by his wife, Judith (Black); by his children Joel Jr., Nicole, & Logan; by his grandchildren Luke & Ian; his brother, Jerry and his sister, Judith. Joel retired from Rolex Watch Serv Corp in 2010, after 28 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his pets. A celebration of Joel’s life will be held at a later date.
