John Denison, Jr.

KEENE — John Denison Jr., 76, a retired machinist, died Friday, Aug. 4, 2006. Military Graveside: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2006 at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. John Denison was born on September 14, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois to John, Sr. and Elizabeth (Flak) Denison. John graduated from Lane Technical High School in June of 1947 and was drafted into the Army in 1951 and served until 1956. John had been a resident of Keene for the last 34 years and retired in 1996 from Osteopathic Medical Center, where he worked in maintenance. After retiring John volunteered form many years at the Keene Adventist Elementary School doing maintenance work. Survivors: Sons, Thomas Scott Denison and wife, Angie, John William Denison and wife, Katherine; grandchildren, Kalie, Kenisha, Korton, Brian, Kera and Anna.
