MINERAL WELLS — Johnny Joe Stanford died Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, from his battle with cancer. Service: 11 a.m. Saturday at City View Community Church, 3800 Ram Blvd., Mineral Wells, 76067. Johnny was born Aug. 30, 1965, in Fort Worth. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Wayne Stanford and Orinda Painter Stanford. Survivors: Johnny is survived by his sons, Aaron Crutsinger and wife, Corrie, Johnny Joe “JJ” Crutsinger and wife, Amanda, and Tanner Crutsinger; sisters, Orinda Louallen and husband, Llyod, Kathy Davis and husband, John, Carolyn Burks and husband, Freddy, Carla Chipman and husband, Mark; brothers, Billy Stanford and wife, Carla, Bobby Stanford and wife, Shawnasey; many grandchildren; nieces and nephews; special friend, Karen Hale; and mother of his sons, Kimberly Crutsinger.
