Joyce Elaine Pearston Huffman

Joyce Elaine (Pearston) Huffman was born September 21, 1942, in Albuquerque, NM to Richard J. and Lillian G. Pearston and passed away July 27, 2021. She married her high school sweetheart, Jack K. Huffman III, on June 16, 1962, in Midwest City, OK. They had two wonderful children, Jack K. Huffman IV and Jill Elaine Nettles, which were the delight of their lives. She was a student of the Bible, teacher of Christian literature, and prayer warrior. Joyce witnessed to a young lady in her office resulting in a recent message from her “please let her know she was a huge influence in my Christian walk, and we will see each other in Heaven.” Her talents included sewing for her children, husband, and self, she was a genius in the kitchen, a talented crafts artist, a wonderful caring mother, and precious loving wife. We give thanks to God for blessing us with her and for the magnificent times we shared together. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents and her daughter. She is survived by her husband, her son Jack IV and his wife Tonya, Aunt Jo Alice Darden, John Nettles, Brad Gray, 5 grandchildren: Samantha, Justin, Olivia, Carolyn, and Austin, 9 great grandchildren, and many friends.
