FORT WORTH –Judy Carol Harris McGriff, 68 passed away Monday, Dec. 22,2014 after a long illness. Memorial Service – 3:30pm, Tuesday, Dec. 30th, at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home. Judy was born July 29,1946 in Fort Worth. Judy graduated from Poly High School in 1964 and retired from Fort Worth Police Communications and Alarms Unit after 20 years of service. Judy was preceded in death by her mother & father, Mickey & Bob Harris, & a sister, Jean Harvey. Survivors:Husband: Billy McGriff, Son: Jason Speir and Wife Teresa, Daughter: Jada Sorrels and Husband Robert, Sister; Jill Taylor, Step Sons: David, Darren and Douglas McGriff.Grand Daughters: Jordan Sorrels, Kelsey McGriff and Grandsons, Jacob Sorrels, Justin Speir & James Speir, Ryan McGriff and many nieces & nephews.
