Judy Faulkner

Judy Kay (Paddy) Faulkner, a woman whose impact on our lives is immeasurable, passed away on June 12, 2025, in Midlothian, Texas. Born on July 12, 1943, our mother graced this world for nearly 82 years, leaving behind a legacy of strength, honesty, and unconditional love.

Our mother was a woman of no nonsense, a trait that many of us admired, respected, and were entertained by. She never minced words, always speaking her mind with a clarity that cut through the noise of life, but at the same time had a warmth that made everyone feel welcomed. Whether you were a long-time friend or a new acquaintance, there was only one version of our mother you encountered - the authentic one.

As a mother, she poured her heart and soul into her children, instilling in them the values of kindness, resilience, and integrity. She had an innate gift for making her family and friends feel safe and cherished, no matter what challenges life threw their way.

Our mother often worried if her children would be okay when the time came that she would no longer be here for us. This concern is the true sign of a devoted mother and shows us no matter how old your children are, you never truly stop worrying about them. We'll eventually be okay; it will just take some time to adjust to this new normal without her.

As we reflect on our mother's life, we'll remember her for the fierce spirit she embodied and the love she gave. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. We will carry forward her legacy of honesty and kindness, ensuring the life lessons she taught us remain a guiding light in our daily lives.
