Kevin Robinson, age 79, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, at his home in Texas.
He was born and raised in Beverly, Massachusetts, alongside his twin sister Karen Christine, to parents Alice Rae (Hegarty) Robinson and Charles Edwin Robinson. He also shared his childhood with his brothers Dana Rae and Kent Robinson.
Kevin proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War as a helicopter pilot, where he was awarded both the Bronze Star and the Air Medal for his heroic efforts in rescuing five soldiers under enemy fire. Following his military service, he attended Embry-Riddle University and built a lifelong career in the aerospace industry as a finance estimator.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha, and his two sons, Jarrett and Matthew. He was preceded in death by his sister Karen, brothers Kent and Dana, and his parents, Alice and Charles.
In lieu of a public memorial service, the family will hold a private ceremony to spread his ashes in his hometown and his favorite place to visit—Estes Park, Colorado. His ashes are also interred at Houston National Cemetery alongside Marsha’s parents, Clara and Clayton Ramsay, in the city where he spent much of his life.
Kevin’s legacy lives on in the skies he once flew, the mountains he cherished, and the family he loved fiercely. His quiet courage and steady presence will be remembered not just in stories, but in the places that shaped him—and the lives he helped shape in return.
