Lanny Allen Davis

Lanny Allen Davis, 75, of Godley, Texas, passed away on February 28, 2026.
Lanny Davis was a devoted husband and family man who was deeply committed to those he
loved. For 33 years, he shared a strong and enduring marriage with his wife, Susan Collier Davis. He was a steady and caring presence in the lives of his family and was known for his strength,
loyalty, and unwavering support. He grew up in Longview, Washington, and remained a proud
Seahawks fan throughout his life.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Collier Davis; his stepdaughters, April (Everett) Nielsen of Black
Hawk, Colorado, Stephanie (Matt) Buchanan of Centralia, Washington, and Tami (Joe) Cleveland
of Godley, Texas; his sister, Susie Enbody; his brothers, Sam Davis and Danny Davis; and his
beloved grandchildren, great-grandchild, and one great-grandchild on the way, all of whom
brought him great joy.
Lanny faced many challenges throughout his life with courage and determination. He will be
remembered for his resilience, his deep love for his family, and the quiet strength with which he
lived his life.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him
