Laura Alice Mcqueen

FORT WORTH — Laura Alice McQueen, 87, went to join her husband Hershel and her Lord on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009.        Graveside service: 2 p.m. Monday in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Cleburne. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home in Burleson.        Laura was an avid reader, and instilled a love of reading into her children. She and her husband enjoyed traveling with their Navy friends in their travel trailers.        Laura was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be dearly missed.        Survivors: Sons, Jerry McQueen and wife, Anne, and Gene McQueen and wife, Mary; daughter, Lynda Huggins and husband, Mike; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
