Leslie Lee (Dutch) Elrod

Parker– Funeral services for Leslie Lee (Dutch) Elrod, 93, of Parker, will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 20, 2003, at Crosier-Pearson-Mayfield Funeral Home Chapel of Cleburne. Burial will be in Cleburne Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM, Friday, December 19, 2003, at Crosier-Pearson-Mayfield Funeral Home. Mr. Elrod, a retired Cleburne City employee and dairy farmer, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2003, in Grandview, Texas. He was born on March 31, 1910 in Coryell County, Texas, the son of Lee and Mary Iva Smith. He was a member of the Parker Baptist Church, Parker, Texas. He married Agnes Margaret (Maggie) Clary, March 14, 1935, in Johnson County. He was preceded in death by two sons, Donald and Richard. He is survived by his wife, Maggie Elrod; one son, James Elrod and wife, Margie, of Joshua; one daughter, Phyllis Whitlock, of Fort Worth; two grandchildren, Mark Elrod and wife, Dena and Rhonda King and husband, James; three great-grandchildren, Stephen and Collin Elrod and Jacquelyn King.
