Linda V Brittain

Linda V. Brittain went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, November 7, 2020. She was 81 years young. She is preceded in death by her parents William “Earl” Hammonds and Cleola Mauldin. She is survived by her brother W.E. Hammonds “Sonny” and his wife Gwen Hammonds, her four daughters Marsha D Towery, Charesa L Brittain, Makena K Brogdon, Jarina D Matamoros. Also her daughters’ spouses Jeffry B. Towery, Dr. Walter Bloes, DMD, Sam Brogdon, and Rolando Matamoros. And her grandchildren Claire Brogdon, Jeffry “Blane” Towery, Jr., Joshua Towery, Gabriela Matamoros, and Seth Matamoros, and great grandchildren. She will be missed and we are comforted by the fact that she can finally be herself again in the Kingdom of Heaven. There will be a private family gathering to celebrate her life.
