BURLESON – Loyd Grimes passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, Dec. 2, 2016. He was born Aug. 12, 1925. Funeral: 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016, at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home. Interment: Rendon Cemetery, Rendon, Texas. Loyd was preceded in death by his wife, Rosa Lee Grimes; and his daughter, Ann Alexander and her husband, Bill Alexander. Survivors: Daughters, Patsy Lynch and Nancy Joost (Roy); grandsons, Michael (Stephanie) and Shane (Meredith) Lynch, Chad (Denise), Brandon (Melissa) and Dustin Joost (Julie); great-grandsons, Hunter Lynch, Braxton and Chase Joost; great-granddaughters, Sydney Lynch and Brooklyn and Avery Joost; sister, Jane Luce (John).
