Lucille Marie Applen of Venus,Texas passed away peacefully on March 1, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Lucille was born December 1, 1946 in Gore, Oklahoma to Cathalina Ann Clark Smith and Willie Albert Smith. She lived a life full of love, laughter and taking care of her family. She will be missed by all who knew her. Lucille is survived by her daughters, Shirley Ray, Wanda Garrett, Alona Brady, Elizabeth Gibbons, and Jodie Richardson. Services will be announced at a later time.
