Madeline Frances Ewing

Fort Worth:Graveside services for Madeline Smith Ewing, 88, will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 11, 2004 at Rio Vista Cemetery, Rio Vista, Texas, with Rev. Kenneth Coleman officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-6 PM on Sunday, at Crosier-Pearson-Mayfield Funeral Home, Cleburne. Madeline Smith Ewing, a homemaker, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2004 in Fort Worth. She was born on March 12, 1916 in Venus, Texas, the daughter of Vivian Minor and Betty (Phillips) Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ferrol Walker Ewing, January 14, 1986. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, J.B. Smith and Richard Smith. She is survived by brothers, George Smith, of Quinlan, Texas and Carl Smith and wife, Louise, of Midlothian, Texas; sisters, Rosalie Rose and Margaret Smith, both of Benbrook, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
