Marshall Allen Minnich Sr. passed away peacefully in his sleep at 12:12am on Wednesday, August 7th 2024. Marshall was in his “82nd” year of life, as he used to say. He was born on November 9th 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. His mother, Rosa Mae Minnich, father WP Minnich, and ex-wife Emma King, brothers Bill Minnich, and Kenneth David Minnich went before him. He is survived by his children, Marshall Allen Minnich II, Matthew Alan Minnich, Michelle Elaine Jennings, and Michael Andrew Minnich. His children who were adopted into his heart by marriage, Kevin Jennings & Carolyn Minnich. His seven grandchildren; Michael Laurence Arias, Garrett Thomas Jennings, Brianna Nicole Jennings, Marshall Allen Minnich III, Emma Grace Minnich, Madison Elizebeth Ruth Minnich, Allyson Reign Minnich. As well as many nieces, nephews and extended family, the church became a part of that. He loved many and was so loved at Baruch HaShem Messianic Synagogue and Ridgeview church. Marshall served in the Air Force and was honorably discharged. He had many talents, even actively participating in softball games up until the age of 78. He could keep up with the “young guys” as he used to say. He was very active in both churches, missions, helping with teaching and mentoring the youth, and anyone who was in need. He was a master of many trades and held many hats, however, he excelled in being a trustworthy electrician. He was the best around and would often be called on by family and friends to help with projects or just an electrical question, he was always willing to help in any capacity he could.
