| Marvin Lee Taylor, age 70, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on June 7, 2025. A man known for his strong work ethic, generous heart, and unwavering love for his family. Marvin lived a life defined by purpose, kindness, and connection. He never met a stranger and was deeply loved by all who had the privilege to knew him. Marvin was a devoted husband, a proud father, a loving grandfather and great-grandfather, a loyal brother, and a cherished friend. He was a man who gave without hesitation, worked tirelessly for those he loved, and found joy in the simple things—his family, his pets, and the people around him. He is preceded in death by his father, Ivra Lee Taylor; his mother, Emma Sue Taylor; and his daughter, Cynthia Nava. Their memory lives on in the legacy Marvin leaves behind. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Martha Taylor; his daughters, Cindy Crumpton and spouse Chris Crumpton, Kristi McCurdy and spouse Daniel McCurdy; his grandsons, Taylor Crumpton and Nick McCurdy. Granddaughters, Tara Crumpton, Aleecia Vela, Alexis Minnehan, Destiny Lubniewski, Ashlee Vela, Analeesa Vela and Briana Olivarez; and six great-grandchildren who brought him endless pride and happiness. His siblings, Melvin Taylor, Tina Fuller, and Jerry Taylor. Marvin had an endless amount of family and friends far and wide. He also leaves behind his faithful companions, his fur babies Sarge and Cricket. A Celebration of Life will be held in Marvin's honor at The Ranch of Lonesome Dove at 3471 Foxfire Lane, Southlake, TX 76092 on Sunday, June 22nd, from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember, and share the stories that made Marvin so special. A short remembrance will begin at 1:00 p.m. The family invites you to remain for lunch and sweets. Marvin Lee Taylor’s legacy is one of love, generosity, and a spirit that touched countless lives.
