Mary Furr Perkins

Mary Furr Perkins, 77, died peacefully on March 4, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on January 20, 1941 to Jack and Myrtle Furr in Peters, Tx. Mary loved life, her family and friends, meeting and talking with people, her pets and possessed a wealth of knowledge in the field of antiques. She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter Cyndy Perkins Laird. She is survived by daughters; Cathy McCoy and her husband John of Douglassville, TX, and Caren Perkins of Bivins, TX, sister; Jackie Bethune and husband Rodney of Cleburne, TX; grandchildren, Reid Makowsky and wife Katherine and Rachel Makowsky and Aaron Nash. She is also survived by special nieces Mary Ann McDonald and husband Dave and Nan Bethune Reaves. Special friends who were to her, her kids. Ron and Darlene Alexander and Deborah Connors. Also her special pet Rose. She will be greatly missed and forever loved. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
